RIVERSIDE TOWERS

Two towers, two programs, two identities. Bauhaus and SoCal, collaboration in two styles. Distinct textures and colors tell the story.

The objective was to create amenity spaces that the residents could and would use on a regular basis, along with giving each tower an identity. This way, prospective residents would get another level of choice when it came to which tower they would want to live in. For existing residents, each tower gives a unique set of programming just nuanced enough to provide a set of options for the resident to consider where they want to go spend their time, workout, work from home, etc. The spaces don't go so far in a polarizing direction that any resident could enjoy.
