The Foxchase Apartment community is located in Alexandria, VA and offers residents wide open spaces while being a central location with easy access to Old Town and Washington DC.  The Bandura Design team worked closely with the Aimco development group and the architects from Penney Design Group to create a new construction 6300 SF two story building that houses the leasing offices and management team, the maintenance and operations team as well as the club house for residents and their guests. The interiors offer a modern concept open-leasing experience where the agents are able to interact with the future residents in a casual, warm and welcoming living room style lounge.  There is a full-service refreshment bar, and a private conference room on the upper level as well as a small library lounge and the back of house employee lounge.  One of the most enjoyable parts of the design development was creating a custom art package along with Kevin Barry Fine Arts that reflects the unique character of the surrounding city and infuses the space with the energy of the community.
