The Blair District is a large mixed-used development in Silver Spring, MD.  The property anchoring off of East-West Highway on the northern border of Washington, DC includes a series of multi-family residential buildings.  

The BANDURAdesign team has worked with the owners to continue property improvement across all buildings and exterior spaces, helping to create a unique and cohesive vision for the development.

The Blair East Clubroom is adjacent to the main lobby and offers guests an opportunity for work and play.  By creating a variety of unique seating groups and gaming experiences we were able to maximize the impact of the space.
