When developing the model apartments for The Peal in Silver Spring, MD we looked to the modern architecture and peaceful retreat-like amenity spaces for inspiration.  The Bandura Design team developed complete personalities for each of the model residents with the intent to strike a chord with the target market the owners wanted to attract.  Down to the details we captured the life of this distinctive urban community nested in the atmosphere of a suburban escape.  Working with tight budgets and schedules we were able to transform the model apartments into aspirational spaces that offer memorable tours and attract future residents to want to like The Pearl lifestyle.
