THE VYNE at
ONE LOUDOUN

Vyne One Loudoun is a luxury apartment building nestled in the finest Virginia countryside while offering big city amenities and design. Inspired by the rural surrounding horse farms, the concept “Modern Barn” was what drove the design of both buildings.

Big city amenities along with sprawling rural square footages made budget the biggest obstacle. The project had over 15,000 sq. feet of amenities that needed to be programmed and finished. The design team needed to be deliberate about where to spend money and be creative with cost affordable materials.
