The Wellington Apartments are located in the expanding Columbia Pike Neighborhood of South Arlington, VA, near Fort Myer and the Pentagon.  BANDURAdesign worked closely with the owners and property managers to re-envision a series of amenity spaces to capture underutilized space.  By expanding the function of the existing spaces we provided the residents unique co-working spaces and expanded social gathering and fitness areas.
