Social scientist, Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory suggests that people learn from one another via observation, imitation, and modeling behaviors. The concept that behavior is learned from the environment through the process of observation is at the foundation of BANDURAdesign.

Throughout our lives, each one of us are surrounded by many influential models, such as parents, educators & peers. Each of these people provide examples of behavior that we observe and imitate as we develop our own understanding of the world and learn who we want to be in it.
